  ii) Detailed Engineering

a)Process Design
i) Preparation of PIDs for process and utilities.
ii) Preparation of detailed layout for process plant and utilities.

 

b) Architectural,Civil and structural Designing

i) Preparation of Detailed Master plot plan.
ii) Architectural development of the buildings.
iii) Complete civil and structural (RCC, structural steel) design and construction drawings for buildings, foundations of equipments, cable racks, pipe
  racks, details of joinery(doors, windows),finishes, plumbing etc. for new setup/ additional jobs.
iv) Complete infrastructure development plan.
v) Preparation of Tender Documents for civil and structural jobs, inviting tenders and techno commercial evaluation / Bid evaluation for selection of
    the vendor.

c) Mechanical, Utilities and Piping

i) Detailed designing for piping for the process plants and utilities.
ii) Preparation of piping layout.
iii) Preparation of detailed specifications for equipments, piping, insulation and fittings etc.
iv) Approval of vendors’ drawings.
v) Preparation of drawings for statutory approval. Preparation of tender documents for piping, insulation and utility equipments, inviting
  tenders/quotes and techno commercial evaluation for selection of the vendor.

 

d) Electrical

i) Preparation of single line diagram(SLD).
ii) Preparation of HT/LT substation layout and drawings.
iii) Electrical layout for lighting, power, earthing etc. and route plan for ower cable, control cable etc.
iv)Preparation of technical specifications for various equipments like transformers, power control centers, motor control centers, distribution boards,
  lighting fixtures/fittings, cables, D.G. sets etc.
v) Preparation of tender documents for electrical and lighting installations including supply and installation of various electrical equipments, techno commercial evaluation of the bids for selection of the vendor.

e)Automation /Instrumentation
i) Optimized Process Control and instrumentation designing.
ii) Instruments list with detailed specifications.
iii) Review and approval of vendors’ detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
iv) Preparation of cable schedule, tray/trench details.
v) Drawings for approval of Electrical Inspector.

 

f) HVAC System (Airconditioning & Ventilation)

i) Preparation of Room data sheet for the system as per process requirement.
ii) Basic design for the system as per process requirement.
iii) Preparation of tender documents for electrical and lighting installations including supply and installation of various electrical equipments, techno
  commercial evaluation of the bids for selection of the vendor.
iv) Review and approval of vendor's detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

 

g)Fire Safety

i)  Preparation of basic data for fire & safety system requirement and to provide the inputs to the vendors for Design, supply and installation of the
  same as per the process requirement.
ii)  Review/check the design details/drawings provided by the vendor for finalizing the scheme.
iii) Technical Evaluation of the offers for selection of the vendor.

 

h) Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

i) Preparation of basic design data as per the process.
ii) Detailed designing of the complete Effluent Treatment Plant complying with the statutory requirements.
iii) Review and approval of vendor's detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
