How It Works

Operating Principle

1
Magnetic Field Generation: Electromagnetic coils generate a uniform magnetic field perpendicular to the flow direction.
2
Conductive Flow: The conductive liquid flows through the magnetic field, acting as a conductor.
3
Voltage Induction: A voltage is induced proportional to the flow velocity (Faraday's Law: E = B × D × V).
4
Signal Detection: Electrodes positioned on the pipe wall detect the induced voltage.
5
Signal Processing: The transmitter converts the voltage signal into standardized 4–20mA or RS485 digital output.
